Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker

Healthcare assistants (HCAs) are an important element of the team that assists medical professionals and patients in wards and departments across the hospital, assisting patients with eating and moving around if they have mobility issues, as well as listening and talking to patients.

A mental health support worker helps patients with developmental impairments or mental diseases by providing treatment, assistance, and basic care. They keep an eye on their patients’ health and help them with everyday tasks. They work as part of a nursing team and are usually supervised by a Registered Nurse.

Our carers and support workers are well trained to swing into action with little or no supervision, no wonder lots of them are placed in senior roles in few weeks of working with an organisation.

We maintained high standard trainings conducted by the industry experts and faculties and with a fit to work certificate.
